不管: 不管你怎么说,我都不会改变主意。
No matter what you say, I won't change my mind. (casual)
无论: 无论遇到什么困难,我们都不能放弃。
Regardless of any difficulty, we must not give up. (formal)
Quick rule: They are nearly interchangeable in meaning. On the HSK 4 exam: if the passage is formal/written, choose 无论; if conversational, choose 不管. Both require 都 or 也 in the main clause.
