Examples / 例句
会: 她会说三种语言。
She can speak three languages. (learned skill)
能/可以: 你今天能来吗？/ 这里不可以抽烟。
Can you come today? / Smoking not allowed here.
Quick rule: 会 = learned how to. 能 = able or conditions allow. 可以 = permitted. Negative test: 不会 = never learned; 不能 = unable; 不可以 = not allowed.
